limelite-exampleRight of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU/EEA generally have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase, beginning when the goods are received. Tell the store clearly within that period; the simplest path is Account → Orders → select the delivered order → Request a return.
Sending goods back and refunds
- After notifying the store, send eligible goods back within the period required by applicable law or the more generous store policy shown on your order.
- Unless the store states otherwise or the goods are faulty, you may be responsible for direct return-shipping costs.
- Approved refunds use the original payment method. The store may wait for the goods or evidence of return shipment where permitted.
Exceptions
Withdrawal rights may not apply to personalised goods, rapidly perishable goods, or sealed hygiene-sensitive goods after opening. Product-specific exceptions must be shown before purchase. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are separate and remain available.
Store return policy
The live return window and eligible quantity are calculated from the saved order, delivery date, store policy and earlier return requests. The store policy can be more generous than statutory rights but cannot reduce them.
